This is a 3 Days Zanzibar Beach Holiday travel package that takes you to two places: Jozani Forest and Prison Island. All this happens in a span of three days. This guided tour takes you to Jozani is also famous for rare red Colobus monkeys and even harder to spot – Zanzibar Sykes’ monkey, a very rare monkey species unique to Zanzibar.
This Package includes the Stone Town City Tour, Prison Island Boat Trip, and Safari Blue Sea Adventure, You can start on any date you request. This is a private tour just your group in a vehicle with a driver/guide. We can help arrange other preferred activities and short Tanzania Safaris, Just let’s know and see how can alter the Package.
NOTE: Rates are subjected to change without notice, also depending on your budget and requirements, the itinerary can be altered to make use of a different standard of accommodation and excursions.
Day 1 - Arrival, Prison Island & City Tour
Arrive at Zanzibar airport/harbor transfer to Stone Town Hotel for check-in at Mizingani Sea Front Hotel or nearby in Stone Town on BB basis.
Depending on your Arrival time we will take you for a Boat Trip to Prison Island. A home of Aldabra Giant Tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, and beach relaxation.
In the evening you'll have a Stone Town City Tour, which takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century of history. It includes a visit to the former slave market site, now stands as an Anglican church built in 1871, a town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum & the Old Indian dispensary (Cultural Center).
At Night enjoy the Forodhani Night Market where a plenty of seafood is sold by locals also there are beautiful restaurants nearby where you can enjoy taking meals from, go back to your Hotel for the overnight.
Day 2 - Safari Blue Sea Adventure
At 9:00 am Trip to Safari Blue. A full day sailing/snorkelling/sunbathing on a traditional dhow and seafood barbecue. Setting sail from Fumba, you will explore Menai Bay where dolphins are often sighted. When dropping the anchor at the Kwale sandbank, you can be snorkelling the coral reefs. At Kwale Island you’ll be served a buffet of grilled fish, lobster, calamari, chickens, and coconut rice. The boat sails to a stunning natural lagoon where there is an opportunity to swim before the day is over and back to town for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 3 - Departure
Pick up from hotel/resort and transfer to the harbor/ airport for departure.
